I have been using Copy That @ Profsec for a several years. I really like working with them because they know what they’re doing, they’re fast, and they’re easy to deal with. That’s it in a nutshell!
For small formatting jobs Natalie is very quick to get the work back to me, and is understanding about my tight deadlines. Some of our projects are very large, complicated training manuals which require a lot of co-ordination. Natalie and Irene will stay back till midnight to get the work done (if need be) and get it done well. While I don’t want them to work so late, it’s nice to know that there’s that level of commitment to the client.
In the end it’s the people who make or break a business, and I find everyone at Copy That @ Profsec to be friendly yet efficient, and always willing to go the extra mile.
